Tutors set their own rates, so prices vary by subject, level, and experience. Most lessons range from $10 to $40 USD per 50 minutes, with a 25-minute trial option also available. The exact price is shown on every tutor profile and again before you confirm a booking.

You can cancel or request a reschedule from your Schedule page up to 12 hours before the lesson. No cash refunds are issued — instead, eligible cancellations restore your ticket as Reschedulable, valid only with the same teacher. Within 12 hours of start time, cancellations are locked by platform rules. See our cancellation policy on the FAQ page for full details.

Every tutor goes through ID verification, qualification checks, and a teaching demonstration before being approved. We also display verified reviews from real students, so you can see exactly how each tutor performs in actual lessons.

Absolutely. There is no commitment beyond a single lesson. If your first lesson with a tutor does not click, you can browse and book any other tutor straight away — many students work with multiple tutors across different subjects.

Lessons take place inside our built-in CfC Live Classroom — no external links, no downloads. Open your dashboard at class time and press Start. Video, chat, collaborative notes, a sketch board, dictionary, and a shared timer are all built in.

Click Become a Tutor and complete the application form with your subjects, qualifications, and a short intro video. Our team reviews each application within 3–5 working days. Once approved, you can set your availability, rates, and start receiving bookings.

Yes. All payments are processed through Wise, a regulated financial institution used by millions worldwide. CfC Learning never stores your card or bank details directly, and every transaction is encrypted end-to-end.
